30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a credit pack or subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. For subscriptions, refunds apply to the most recent billing period; cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past periods outside the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Email support@holisticbusinesssolutions.com with your order ID and we will help process your request with Paddle.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, any credits granted from that order are reversed from your organization's balance. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
